The first step is to know what you are capable of investing.  You need to discuss this with your lender or your Heritage Builder.  You and your Builder will then have a budget to design around, rather than make a design come within your budget.

Disaster Relief

When disaster strikes, every minute counts.  Heritage Homes knows and understands this fact and, as a result, we have created a disaster relief policy for prospective homeowners.  It is the policy of Heritage Homes of Nebraska, Inc., to give PRIORITY to those individual homeowners who have been adversely affected by a natural disaster such as a fire, flood, etc.
